Food was terrible. 4/10 people felt sick within 2 hours

Ate here once before and it was decent, but slow service. Came back a second time and stood around for almost 10 mins waiting to be seated. Staff noticed me but didn’t approach me or say anything at all. place was completely empty at lunch time.

Fun atmosphere and great service. Spoke with a manager named Shane and it made me love the place even more! Great staff!

Experience was very bad to say the least. Ordered the “gourmet Mac and cheese” and found a block of burnt onion flakes on top. Looked like a rusty sheet of metal, and tasted the same way. Had friends order salads and courses with chicken, and it was soft, raw, and pink. Kitchen was viewable from our seats, and to my displeasure, we saw them take a box of pre made food out of the freezer. Disappointing to see them have pre made food. Many more bad things we could write. Servers were lazy, not polite, very unorganized. The food was appalling, uncooked, and not fit for any restaurant. Overall very poor experience. It seems as if we should call Gordon Ramsey to shape this place up.

The bartender/ waitress Ashley? I was on lane 7. She was great she went above and beyond. Even when she was busy she was very kind and took her time.

Your experience at Rail House would be so much better if the pricing was actually reflective of the food and service quality.

We waited 1 hour just to get waiter back to confirm the order.

If you want slow service, lipstick on your drinking glasses, dirty dishes, and to smell cigarette smoke from the burning cigarette ashtray outside while you’re eating, then this is the place to go. On top of all of that, you can hear the waitress bad mouth the restaurant right in front of you and watch the other one do nothing other than talk and not do her job. Make sure to order the chicken tenders as well because they will come out black and overcooked, so unless you like them extra crispy, I’d avoid that menu choice. All of the other options on the menu are okay, but the prices are way too high for the quality of the food. Make sure to swing by for a good laugh because this place is a joke and they truly don’t care about the quality of their business.

One of the worst steaks I've ever eaten. They even got the broccoli wrong. How in the hell do you get broccoli wrong?

We started the night off wrong with mediocre for that was about 20% more then it was worth. The service was not really around, after waiting to get shown a table for a few minutes we sat ourselves at the bar. It took a while to get our food and the order was a bit off, but it was a Tuesday night so it might have been lightly staffed even though it didn't seem to be. The food itself was probably the worst part of the night. The fries were great in concept, lightly battered and not over cooked, but by the time they got to my table they were tepid. The Hawaiian burger was pretty good but I am going to stick with 20% overpriced statement. I really feel like the ingredients were there but the staff didn't deliver, which might not be their fault necessarily.In summary I will try this place again in a couple months because it is attached to Zone 28 which was a pretty fun time really.

Great food and atmosphere

Service was slow. It took 15 minutes to get drinks. Our waitress had no remorse when it took us two hours for us to get our dinner. She was very unprofessional. Food wasn’t great either. It wasn’t overly busy. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Waited almost an hour after our order was taken, never got our food, decided to leave. Looked like it was way understaffed.

Pretzels with beer cheese were good and the mushroom swiss burger was decent. Ordered a medium burger and it was more on the well done side, that's typical though at most places. Our server, Tiffany, was very nice and attentive.

Nice comfortable place for a weekend bite.

If I could give a negative STAR I would... We went for the first time and sat at the bar the 2 bartenders that were working talked and waited On EVERYONE ELSE COMES OVER TO US SAID GIVE HER ONE SEC SHE WAS MAKING A DRINK, AND WE FINALLY GOT TIRED OF HER TALKING TO THE PEOPLE THAT WE LEFT. NO DRINK NO FOOD....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE.WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Mediocre bar food, at best. Hopefully whatever replaces this restaurant is better.

So I went to Zone 28 with my step-son and i have to admit even after all the bad reviews I have to admit this place is not that great on seating and cleaning tables, but the food was great. It was warm and tastes amazing. Are waitress was very nice and just overall, great place to go eat.

I really enjoy the chicken wrap I get. But I order with door dash and I ordered 5 hours in advance. It was confirmed but then last minute it was canceled on me. I dont have time now to order from anywhere else. If you won’t be able to make the food don’t accept the order.

HIDEOUS FOOD. The manager came and apologized. Said when he went into the kitchen and saw what was going on he was appalled. The mojitos we ordered were undrinkable, mostly sodas water. They said the bartender was new. Long long wait for drinks and long wait for food. Fish and chips unedible. Gross. Ribs unedible slathered in some sauce, overcooked. The vegetarian wraps terrible. Poor service. Terrible experience all around. Manager at least deducted a bunch off the bill. Felt sick when I got back to the hotel. Ran to the toilet. What more can I say? Terrible training, terrible standards, terrible food.

The girl that was our server and the bartender at the time I was there didn't even know how to make a strawberry mojito which was on the menu!!!!!. That place sucked!!

This is one of the best places for pizza and wings!

Much like Ken Arthur below, my group also attended the restaurant earlier. Words do not begin to describe the unspeakable horror. Unattended for 30ish minutes, another 15 before we even got our drinks, and another 20 before we got our food. The Food was burned, greasy, a few of us even got sick off of it. Waitress was nice, but the experience was a nightmare.

Horrible. My advice: stay hungry.

Great concept for any fun factory style entertainment. Always needs a restaurant but they should have done a fast food style as they cannot keep up with demand. The tables stay filthy and you have to wait 30 minutes to sit and have any waiter acknowledge you're there. We flagged down another waitress that was in a different section to tend to us and she did so quite well. Except she forgot 1 of our drinks. She is the reason I am giving 1 star and the other is for half our food order. The fish & chips and Parmesan chicken wings I recommend. Pizza and Appetizer platter were the worse besides their specialty drinks. Stay away as all the hype about adding candy and other funky flavors do not mix well. They need to find a mixologist to help improve taste.

Service was terrible. Walked in to no hostress, then went to bar to inquire about seating and was ignored till a employee said go ahead and find a seat. Sat down and waited 15 minutes with not a peep from a staff member. Walked out and went to Chili's (Always great service!). Place looked to have potential with nice look but needs to work on customer service badly. Will try again in a few months.

Zone 28 is a fun place but I would skip the restaurant. The food is bad. Like impressively bad. Think cafeteria food on an off day bad. Still, the games at Zone 28 are fun! Great place to get together with friends. Just eat before you come.

What a great concept to have a bar & grill inside a super fun arcade/bowling alley! The food here is terrible. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and the best part was the bun... Bland chicken without the mustard that the sandwich promised from the menu. Fries were soggy and my coffee was tepid. Asked to reheat my coffee in the microwave 😑 next time I'll just eat at McDonald's because the price, quality, and quantity would be better than this place!

I am from out of town and was here for a birthday party. The service was excellent and the food was great. All the employees were so kind and eager to be sure we had a good time. The manager even stopped by to see if things were going well.

Not a good place to eat asked for well done on my burger got rare bake potato was way over cooked the chili was the worst I ever had service was bad to zero stars never again

We have been here 3 times and everything was delicious each time we came! Very nice staff. Would be great for a meeting too.

Sucks

Definitely one of the single worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Our server, Heaven, did not approach our table once during the hour we were there. She had a 30 minute conversation two tables away from us and did not acknowledge our presence once. A trainee, the bartender and kitchen staff all were working our table to make up for her lack of service. Not once during the evening did a manager step in nor did he seem too concerned when I shared my experience. This restaurant and complex overall has great potential, but the management clearly isn’t there.

I ordered the Mac n cheese, my wife ordered the chicken parmesan. It was edible I suppose... The spaghetti with the parm was way over cooked or something. Was like a paste more then spaghetti noodles. Cheese with the Mac was kinda curdled. Kiddo's corn dog bites where good, seasoned fries were decent. If you're there for the pizzas and fried foods they are probably fine. The chicken on the parm was okay. I wouldn't go back there unless it was maybe for pizza while the family was bowling.

Bad service food was cold never going again

Service was awful, food was undercooked, drinks awful, manager had no clue, and will NEVER return especially since even the check was wrong!!!
